You can have a visit 24/7, 365 days a year from the convenience of anywhere.
It's as simple as downloading the app, setting up your account (which takes less than 90 seconds) and you can have a text-based visit with a real doctor.
A visit starts with a 98point6 assistant who gathers the information from the patient about their reason for the visit.
Once the automated assistant has all the requested patient information, the doctor joins the visit and asks any follow up questions they might have.
Based on the diagnosis, the doctor may order labs through an in-network lab facility to confirm diagnosis.
98point6 will contact the patient to start a visit to discuss their lab results when they are available.
The doctor can also order prescriptions sent to the nearest member's preferred pharmacy for the patient to pick up at their convenience.
Once the visit is concluded, the patient receives a Care Plan in the app, which documents the visit and the treatment plan.
This is stored in the app ongoing for easy reference and the patient can ask to have the Care Plan shared with their primary care physician.
The visit transcript is also available for review at any time.
If the pharmacy provides home delivery service, the patient can request their prescription be delivered.

Beginning 7/23/19 the Banner|Aetna member portal will be changing to the new Aetna Health portal. This system transition will not affect any member or plan information and can still be accessed through the member portal "Log In" button on banneraetna.com.
