  • Aetna will provide plan support (i.e., claims payments, billing and collections). They’ll also offer data, health care analytics and care management services to Banner to help find and manage their patient population.
  • Banner will provide clinical care through its integrated delivery system to help improve efficiencies and health outcomes. They’ll also offer care management oversight.

Together, Banner l Aetna will offer the best of both worlds: member and patient services combined to provide one cost-effective, integrated insurance and care management solution.

Our new company will feature Banner’s high-quality, clinically integrated network of doctors, health centers, clinics and hospitals. They’ll work together to offer leading clinical services.

Care management services will promote connected care across the network, especially for those with acute and chronic diseases. And physicians will collaborate with each other and the clinical team to assure patient satisfaction and improved health outcomes.
