Four easy ways to pay your monthly bill
Online
Set up auto-pay so you never miss a payment. Or make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card.
In person
Visit any CVS® retail location to pay with credit, debit or cash (up to $999). Be sure to bring the barcoded payment coupon from your bill.
Phone
Call us at 1-844-365-7374 (TTY: 711) and press “1”. Have your credit or debit card handy.
Send a check to the address on your monthly bill. Remember to include your payment coupon.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Paying your bill is your #1 to-do to keep your plan active so your care is covered! Unfortunately, missing a payment could end your plan. That means you’ll have to wait until Open Enrollment to get a new plan. (Unless you have a big life change that qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period.)
