Member portal.
You can go directly from our home page to our portal. It’s the front door into our services that gives you both insurance and personal health info in one place. It’s a single, secure source for all your health information. And our new portal lets you view claims, keep an eye on medical expenses, deductibles and check Health Savings Account balances. But, more importantly it connects you to your provider.
Once there, you can book an appointment online, send your doctor or office staff an email question, or request a prescription refill.

This system transition will not affect any member or plan information and can still be accessed through the member portal "Log In" button on banneraetna.com.
